Everybody Health & Leisure is a Cheshire East-based charity focused on improving lives through physical activity and healthy recreation. Operating 17 leisure facilities across the region, the organisation serves a diverse community ranging from school-based sites to large centres welcoming over a million visits annually.

As the organisation’s learning and development needs evolved, Everybody recognised that its existing LMS was no longer fit for purpose.

Key challenges included:

The L&D team needed a modern LMS that could automate reporting, improve visibility, and better support a blended learning approach across the organisation.

The Solution

Having previously worked with Hubken, Everybody partnered again to implement a new Hubken LMS designed to unify learning delivery, reporting, and administration in one central platform.
